Meet Phil Sokic
A craft learned at his grandfather's side.
The name Lionheart represents courage, strength, and a commitment to protect what matters most. Those values guide everything we build.
Owner and operator Phil Sokic has spent more than 25 years mastering the craft of construction, beginning as a teenager working alongside his grandfather and growing into a trusted custom home builder serving Franklin and the surrounding communities. His work is defined by precision, discipline, and deep respect for the families who place their trust in him.
Though Lionheart Construction & Design was established two years ago, the values and experience behind the name have been built over decades.
A Heart for Service
Strength isn't just about structures.
That heart for service extends beyond construction. Phil serves as a volunteer Reserve Deputy with the Williamson County Sheriff's Office, giving his time to help protect and support the very community he builds in. Lionheart also proudly supports ReleaseSARA, a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping survivors of human trafficking find freedom and restoration.
